Third Annual International Plot Writing Month

After the rush of NaNoWriMo, this might be interesting to try:

December: 3rd Annual International Plot Writing Month

You are cordially invited to the Annual International Plot Writing Month, starting December 1st.
Let your words rest for the entire month of December.
Step back and consider the overall structure and plot of your story.
Have an idea for a novel?
A draft of your screenplay?
Think you’ve finished the final draft of your memoir?
Wondering, now what?
Everyday, a manageable new assignment tailor-made for the busiest month of the year.
Day-by-day, scene-by-scene, step-by-step tips and tricks and inspiration beginning Dec. 1st.
No writing required.

It’s a time to analyze what you have and brainstorm for an effortless 1st, 2nd, or final draft in January ’11.

  1. Sounds like a great idea . . . I think I’ll need it, my NaNo seems to simply be scene after scene after scene at this point—not sure where my characters are leading me, lol!

  2. It might be nice to have a plotting month, then NaNo, then a revision month.
