Connecticut Attorney General Looks into e-Book Pricing

I noticed this article in the Denver Post, although it was written by a Wall Street Journal editor. (One of the things I do for my day job is check online newspapers throughout the country for stories of interest to the Commercial Real Estate market and then write about the topics. So I have a reason to scan newspapers all over the place.)

Apparently the Connecticut Attorney General is conducting a preliminary review of agreements between the nation’s largest electronic-book publishers and and Apple Inc. He is concerned about the agreements being anti-competitive.

I’m following electronic publishing, because I think it is starting to make inroads into publishing. You might want to do the same.
