Elizabeth Law, Egmont USA’s publisher, is leaving and will be replaced by Andrea Cascardi, who had most recenlty been an agent at Transatlantic Literary Agency.
Rumor is that Elizabeth will become an independent editor.

Sorry, i know this is probably not the right slot to post this but I wasn’t sure how to contact you otherwise. Quick question: if I’m writing a middle grade novel that involves travel back in time to another world (or any other form of ‘magic’), is chapter 3 too late to let the reader know for certain that magic is involved? Thanks
